    Yep mine is mobile. Yep its quite easy..I just put mine a bit lower on purpose since I wanted more of the lower portion of the edge of the bumper...

    Might be TWS Taneysia Wheel Supply too(They do OEM Forged Japanese wheels)..not to be confused with the cast TSW (stateside)...
