    Do you hear rattling noises?

    Yes. I only have 1500 miles on my new 2010 and have terrible rattling noises coming from the passenger's side.

    Experiences with getting dealer to set Customization options for FREE

    I bought my 2010 at Toyota of Rockwall just recently. They turned off the backup beeper for free. Great dealership.
