    there is a tax break in 2006 of $3100 for the first 60,000 hybrids per company...how do they determine if you make the first 60,000 when you go to...

    2500 miles on new Prius....best I've gotten so far is 39mph...."regular" driving...some highway....some streets.....does it get any...
