65 mpg is probably doable if you're watching it and using all the mpg tricks religiously, but 50 - 55 mpg is more realistic for "normal" driving....

yes you can turn if off, turn off RSA in settings menu. However, I have a 2021, so Im not sure if any details in settings have changed since 2017 etc.
