my window tint bubbled when i had my car and i went through 3 months of arguing to get them to re apply the tint..... dealers in general i think :/

If that OGS is too bright, take it out and flip it over and cut some circles out of some Limo tint and drop them in the buttons and re install,...
I'm sure the problem could be rectified to their specifications if required?
