    to buy or not to buy extended maintenance plan (not extended warranty)

    I'm sure there's more to it. I paid approximately $1k for my extended plan, but it included a true bumper-to-bumper, including aesthetic damage...

    Well I almost ran over a kid today....yeah, that happened.

    Is this turned on by default? I had no idea, but it does help explain some weird looks I've gotten from pedestrians in parking lots and on the street.
