From personal experience the entire exterior can be swapped to the +12 and I don't see why the interior wouldn't be interchangable as well.
They are insanely bright. This photo has no filter on it and hard to capture on photo but they really pop in person.
You just need to get a little raugh with it. Yeah you might break a clip but that taillights not going anywhere after you bolt it back in.
