The C does have a thermostat it just does not have gauge, if you want to know the coolant temp you need to get a scan gauge or something similar.
It is a film you can get from Blinglights.com for ~$50.00, had them installed at the same place that tinted my windows. I have removed them...

I find that a swiffer cloth works really well at getting all the dirt and dust without leaving any lint behind.

I would have to say no on the flashing. Plus since I have HIDs on the low beams, in the C all the lights flash and it is not good for the HIDs ....
The LED DRLs are a little brighter when the high beams are on but I have never been flashed for them being to bright.
Yes, I have both front and rear sets for my C.
Just went over a year with mine and have my service appointment next week. I like the car more now than when I bought it.
