One down side of going with CT200H 17" wheel is its weight... it weighs 24.6lbs each and 17" tire will be considerably heavier than 195/65/15...

One thing I hate about our new Prius is that OEM EP20 tire is on back order and near impossible to find. Also, paint chips off too easily.
Toyota will do free oil change at 10k and 20k miles. I believe free tire rotation at every 5k miles.
