It cost me about $1200 to ship my Prius g's bumper to the states. Your wheels I would imagine more because of the weight.
Make sure you bid on a complete bumper. But be prepared for the shipping costs.

The g's headlights are pretty cool. I can not justify spending 1k on those headlights..you could have a professional open up your headlight...
Most likely not because I rotational mass...but it was the best option as far as size and weight I wanted..plus I got a to good to pass up deal....
