I have a 2017 Advanced model.
I was slowly approaching the wall ... Probably 2-3 mph... automatic brake was applied when the car was around 10-15 cm away from the wall.
I confirm it is working for reverse. It happened a couple of times to me while I was approaching too close to a wall.
did you check for DTCs BEFORE doing this cleaning? I would try to erase all DTCs and see if any new DTCs are coming up after that.
