Can you post your exact numbers? Was the $29,242 before or after the $1500 TFS incentive? I dont see how you got 27k after everything from a CA...
What does your $27,100 price include? From your previous post, it seems like you paid 28,790 after all fees, taxes, rebates and incentives.

Personally, I think that's a bad decision. Your lights will be worse than the stock halogen bulbs.
