Not according to my research. The Miller cycle delays the closing of the intake valves, not the exhaust valves.
Hmm..... I guess I'm back to square one. I suppose those that successfully swapped cams had enough valvetrain wear to accommodate the higher lift....
I got the Yaris cam installed, but it won't quite rotate. I believe that the cam followers are pumped up and won't allow the slightly higher lift...
