the foglight/ DRL combo is from yahoo auctions Japan.
just used some wire I had as an extension to reach the fuse box. the DRL kit comes with black and red wire.

You just tuck in the positive wire with the last 10amp fuse as shown in the first pic. Negative wire you can attach it to the bolt (black wire)...
