For me. I tried doing all of the above and it didn't work in my stock head unit for a 2015 model. Aftermarket head units read the drive no problem.
I will tell you that my 2015 Prius with 83k miles on it gets 38 in the city and the minute I do 10 miles of highway driving it goes up to 49-50...
