<div class='quotetop'>QUOTE(eclectcmoi @ Apr 12 2007, 01:56 PM) </div> 'To high bred or not to high breed that is the question.' is not a statement it is a question to the original question, "Can we make a thread that's entirely made of questions?" (not statements ending in question marks) so in answer to your question 'no' there is not supposed to be a question mark at the end of the statement as the question is an allusion to the original question in Hamlet which is also not ended with a question mark and if Shakespeare can end perhaps the most important question of all time with a period 'to be or not to be that is the question.', then I question your question.
While your post is indeed a question, even though it doesn't end in a question mark, wouldn't it be much easier to make questions the old-fashioned way?

'to be or not to be that is the question.', then I question your question.
Are you comparing yourself to Shakespeare?
Does everyone agree that almost all people have secrets---things they've done, things they believe, fear, cherish, despise---that they don't even share with best friends/significant others?
