Toyota dealerships are not going to take another 2k off a bottom dollar deal. Like the one I posted above there were no incentives I am aware of, maybe there were, but this incentive you mentioned would never stack on a loser deal like I got. Its all just marketing schemes to get people in the door
Got a 2017 Prius four blizzard pearl with CF, AT, CX, PK, EF options. SoCal $27300 + tax & gov fees. 4.6 APR but they gave me 5 days to decide if I want to pay it off due to the holiday. Not a hybrid believer but do appreciate all the safety features, especially the full speed dynamic cruise control - driving on 405 is not nightmarish any more and actually quite fun and did pray for the stop-go traffic (hopefully the feeling will last). It was the sober me testing the lane departure steeling assist if you spotted a white Prius swaying in and out of the lane. Tomorrow I will try the parallel and backin parking assist features. Cons technology wise are the navi map is dated 2016 and cannot project android phone - i know these will bite me in the future but OK for now. Entune also detects the microsd factory ID to try to prevent copy - making it potentially a fun toy to play (hack) with.
Thanks. I bought the Prius mainly for the safety features. In 10 years my daughter will be old enough to drive and this will be her ride. I told her this will be her car and enjoyed seeing her picking up the trash she usually left behind. If not because of the full speed DRCC and HUD for her, I would rather get the Corolla for $$ reason. According to Truecar, I can get the 17 Corolla LE Eco with the best features for 17.3K. Prius is 27.1K in comparison, which is not far from what I paid. The price difference would be about 10K. Assuming 30MPG for Corolla and 60MPG for Prius, 150K miles lifetime, Corolla will use 5000 gal vs 2500gal. 2500gal *$4/gal = $10K Just to ball park it, if the gas price goes up to $4/gal, I will break even. This is assuming worst 30MGP vs best 60MPG. Current gas price is $2.5/gal. Thus, the Corolla will be better off, money wise. What corolla lags is the full speed DRCC and HUD. Search for 2017 Toyota TSS-P on google and you will see the Corolla comes with most of the TSS-P features.
2017 Prius Two $22388 OTD including all fees and 3% sales tax. I was going to buy it for that price at dealer#1, but when I got there they said they had sold their last Prius Two and that they only had the Eco and the Three for much more. Dealer#2 did the same thing, but when I complained politely to the manager they brought in a car from 2 hours away the next day. Another dealer offered $22,200 OTD, but I had told another I was coming over and did not entirely trust that I would not get the run around from the lower-priced dealer.

Does anyone have Invoice pricing? When my wife bought her Subaru Outback, the Outback Forum posted a Price page and folks listed the MSRP and Invoice pricing....even posted an image of the invoice sheet. We got the car about 4% under invoice. I'm in the market for a new Prius, although I can considering a 2010-2013.
