    Well, took the Prius in & they had it 2 days to diagnose... It was the ABS Accumulator assembly. Took a day to get one delivered & another 2 days...

    Jzchen, I just measured 14.45 volts at the battery with the engine running, and 11.84 volts with the engine ready but off and the headlights on...
