The battery completely died last night as I had my laptop connected to the car while doing brake bleeding. Took a while to recharge the battery....
I went ahead and this this now with a flashlight. I can see the water in the reservoir moving.

I bought a used 2008 Prius a couple weeks ago. The car was running fine until a day or two ago. I would normally get 40 MPG. Now I am getting 30....
