car is not ready on so most of the lights on is normal. there has to be a code, even if the orange battery plug isnt installed properly there...
check your oil level. if its low the vvti wont function properly and will set that code. the vvti oil control valves are known to go bad as well.
okay first things first. after installing the actuator did you bleed the system using a scan tool and perform the linear valve calibration?
