It would cost you more to put in a replacement engine than it would to repair faulty gasket if it were to fail.. Not all prius motors fail... Mine...

I should also add since doing oil flushes and using near zero oil the EGR circuit hasn't needed cleaning in the last 200,000 miles [emoji6]...
It's not really a secret but very few people do it, run a good quality engine oil flush through your motor every other oil change. I use liquid...

Easy way to check for gasket leak is after a run switch car off and unscrew header tank cap.... Leave to cool overnight... Replace cap and if car...
