Filter cap is too tight for me. My solution is using my foot instead of my arm with a 12-inch breaker on a TOY640 wrench. Thumping doesn't work....
first 400 miles I get 44.5 MPG. Not bad! But I'm not going fast.
Two things seem to help: 1. sit in a more upright position 2. move back seat forward
