Jump the 12V and see if it starts normally with no codes. After you jump it you may still have the check hybrid code. Reset it.

To charge quicker put the fan speed full blast and put the AC on LOW. That keeps the engine running more often.

I don’t think you should do this. I believe it will make the tire speed sensor think something is wrong and throw codes.
