Ok so this is reassuring in a way that if we do fork out the money for a brand new hybrid battery then we can drive the car for another 5 years at...
So Toyota dealership have quoted 1600gbp for the battery and 600 for labor plus 95 for a full diagnostic. Heart. Sink.
Update: we managed to get an odb code reader and three codes came up: 7e8, 7ea and 7eb. For the first two no info is coming up but for 7eb it says...
