Look at both, but lean to the '06. Hybrid components only warranted up to 100k.

This is kind of a 'depends' situation. If the car is still new, and your still making payments on it, I would get it checked out just in case...
Does it have Nav option?
Salvaged or Wrecked Title. If it was clean, they could just as easily sell it to the dealership for cash.
