    Ya, waiting on the warranty works. So have had my 2010 since Dec.20th. Not put many miles on it... and holding 41 MPG is fine in the COLD...

    You may WELL be in for a refund.... I got one! Call the warranty folks at Toyota. I paid $1000 and am getting $771 back next week!
