Update, it seems my entune box was malfunctioning so I pulled out the radio and unplugged it from the main unit. Also moved the main power cord...
No, just randomly started with the error. Tried to do an update but USB port not working.
@vw4motion - did you ever find a resolution to your issue. Mine is doing the same thing. “System not installed” error and USB port not working.
