OK...I just found out that they put on the WRONG oil filter. They put on one for a 2005 Nissan Maxima V6. The nissan filter was slightly bigger...

You don't have to write a letter to the guy, but by doing so you let him know that you are serious, thereby increasing the chance that he will...
