Hello! We are on our second previously used Hertz rental 2013 Prius II. Just wanted to throw in my $0.02 with a simplified backup camera...
Personally the constant beeping is annoying but a single beep would be nice. Dealership programming is free as I understand?

Just bought a second 2013 (52kmi) Hertz previous rental for $13.3k. No issues as our 2010 went 76kmi before we totaled it in an accident.
Any simple wire to cut beep out? Or is the beeper imbedded somewhere inaccessible?
Cut factory red, black, white, and orange from harness for camera. Already built in above headliner back center left.
Created video input RCA jacked soldered.
Video input on Prius red+ and ground black-. Camera 6.5V power on Prius white+ and return on orange.
Black camera angled.
Delete guide lines and maintain reverse image.
Below 4VDC, image washes out blue.
