The only concern I would have with that deal, is the price. I think you can do better. I bought my 2013 used with 43k on it for $14k out the door.
I'm in the don't get rid of it until it's needed camp. My '05 Ranger is paid off, has 180k on it and it still runs like a champ, costs me nothing...
Yeah, I came from a 2005 4x4 Ford Ranger, so my prius is a dream compared to that, lol.
