There's a tool you can buy that you can use to stick it in the housing and have it grab the bulb and you can just pull it out. I've used this once...
You can buy the fuse at any auto store, there should also be a fuse puller in the engine compartment fuse box for you to use to pull out the fuses...
I don't see anything wrong, it'll just be an oil change, tire rotation, maybe change out your cabin air filter if they haven't at 15k mile...
