when I did the backup camera with the home link mirror install, i used got the power from the reverse lights and it is working just fine.
my dealer just emailed me and he got a usb stick with the update, but no printed instructions... thinks we should be getting one in the mail...
you can access it by removing the glove box. i did not remove the panel, got at thru the glove box. the glove box come off really.....
