It does make it easier to install a charger outside if you live in a house not an apartment. I don't what your average round trip commute might...

In the UK there is only one trim Level and the 'fast charge' capability comes built in as standard. Strange decision by Nissan for the USA version.
Yep. It's called the Carwings App and it allows you to remotely activate the Air-con to heat up or cool down the LEAF before you get in it to drive.
