    Now I'm curious how you access it...I took the bottom seat off and I cant seem to access it...And that plastic screw on the actual vent cover...

    Its flat black...non glossy, But that's the way I wanted it cause I have a flat black rear lip spoiler hehehe...But you can paint it if you want...
