Mine turn out to be fuel pump...u might have some oil on your throttle body. First cleaned maf sensor, throttle body, egr pipe and egr cooler....
Update...been busy at work suspecting a bad fuel pump I got a used one (ebay)..installation is pretty simple....and prius is now running. Thanks...
