    Start with the service manager. I wouldn’t get your hopes up. If it’s a phone call put him/her on speaker and record with a second phone.

    Never mind. Just saw the ca coverage and we were over the miles. It covered up to 150k out 2018 is sitting at 198k. Thanks anyway!
