Can a hitch be installed and to what capacity can it tow if possible? Is there a suggested weight that it can tow?

Hi all, i will be ordering a face plate for the prius c1 here in the next few days. He works in a car audio shop in Huntington Beach California....
I went to my local stereo garage where I just bought an amp kicker and 4 6.5's yo get a head unit but he couldnt find a face plate......SUCKS!
i want to see if i can find one on ebay or craigslist or something...thanks..
wait a minute. i just noticed you have a prius....not the c? not sure if they'd fit similarly since the C is smaller...back to the drawing board?
