    Costco is a top tier gas (added detergents). I'm just wondering if the quality of gas is why some EGRs clog and others don't.

    When they replace the engine make sure they replace or completely clean the EGR or you will be right back with another blown head gasket.

    So are they completely replacing your inverter? I Was thinking more of it being the bad 12v battery, a bad battery can cause all sorts...
