    Car just stopped.

    I probably wouldn't deal with towing a battery from LA...a bit much for me, but thanks I wonder if it's worth $3000 for a new battery installed?...

    Thanks, Brian for your input. Well, I have had those warning lights on and off for four years, and the hybrid shop said one cell was leaking...

    Car just stopped.

    Prius 2002...165,000 miles...warning lights on and off for the last 45,000 miles, so ignored. Then last week car shut down while I was driving....
