They said something to do with the Carbon fiber. not the glass.
The way my dealer explained it from the Email they got is, the company that builds the rear hatch for them, had a problem with some of the rear...
No Ice, down to 25 degrees so far, and it will run in EV mode no problem and have pretty good heat. ;)
