One thing I'm noticing that is different is the battery level stays between 1 green and the highest level blue. It does not discharge any lower.
Did that yesterday and now I'm at 32mpg.

My consumption average resets automatically on every fill up. I'm doing the same driving as always. My miles consist of 95% city and 5% highway....
