    Thanks for your post! I’ve been hearing the same exact annoying rattle when the ac is on and it usually stops when I turn the ac off. Did u find a way to stop it?

    Yep. I'm halfway through the process. I think it would probably have been less destructive to bridge over the top with a new fuse. It's no longer attached to the fender well. I still can't get at...

    You have to pull the whole fuse box which has some big push in connectors into the fender well.
