ZVW50/ZVW51 - 2016-2022 "gen 4"

This is a wiki page for the 4th generation Prius introduced in 2015 as a 2016 model. It offers both NiMH and Li-Ion batteries now located under the rear seat, as well as a dedicated "Eco" model (some markets) for maximum Fuel Economy. Ride and handling was improved with the use of a rear double wishbone suspension. Engine thermal efficiency reaches 40.0% with this iteration.
