Prius 2010 poA80 code

Is it possible that this code is related to brakes issues where pedal become softer & lights come on dash. , therefore the degenerative brake system doesn’t charge as fast as when lights are off and when you press on brake pedal it charges faster all the way to the top of icon on dash cluster?
Those lights traction control,etc that comes on sometimes go off on their own. Thanks
