yokohama avid ascend

    after about 2K miles on this tire after switching from the original Goodyear fuel max (44K miles), I find the ride a bit quieter, the handling a bit better and the mpg about 2 higher. And this is with the weather getting colder.

    I'm most likely getting these put on next. It was between these and the Continentals but I'm reading people had significant MPG drops with them.

    Mine actually came with the lower milage rated Avids as OEM. I have a 2012 plug in.

    My favorite tire ever was the original Yokohama Avid. It's rain performance outweighed every other factor and they were also H rated tires.
