I never knew the Gen 3 had a level sensor for the transaxle. If so, this is the first car I've ever heard of with one. Learn something new every day!!

As far as I know, the P410 hybrid transaxle doesn’t even have a fluid measuring stick, much less an electrical level sensor, at least not from Toyota. Perhaps @Taxi/Limo is asking us to design one, as an alternative to the procedure in the Repair Manual (more info), which says to “check that the fluid level is between 0 to 10 mm (0 to 0.394 in.) from the bottom lip of the filler plug opening.”

If it was filled correctly, and you're not seeing any signs of leakage on the underside, I'd say it's good.

I was there when it was filled;).

It was done the correct way and fluid dribbled out:).

But that was 3 years ago, so maybe something has changed(y).

I made it up to see if people would start private messaging me telling me their friend has one
When I posted for a front bumper cover I got about three private messages I responded to one and the guy did not seem to know what he was talking about so I assumed it was some kind of scam

Personally I think that such a sensor device would be useful as I have owned cars with transmission leaks. The older ones had a transmission dip stick and I could regularly check and refill those, but a post-2000 Saturn did not have such a stick and you had to take out a plug much like the Prius to check the fluid level. It developed a slow leak and after I gave it to my son, he did not take do that check, which destroyed the transmission and totaled the car. So if a replacement plug existed that would allow a check without crawling under, unplugging, and sticking my finger in the hole, I Would be interested.
