Has anyone replaced their JBL CD player with the blue tooth feature for some kind of NAV system? If you have no use for the JBL and if all connectors and everything else is in order, I would like to buy it from you. Whatever you think is a fair price. I am not sure if Toyota is selling the unit separately. I can certainly ask. I am in Los Angeles. Thanks.
Be warned that there are a lot of differences in cars with this system, it is not a plug-and-play change! You'd need several wiring harnesses, the under-seat Amplifier, the microphone, etc. Even if you had all the parts, it would take a LOT of work tear out the seats, console, dashboard, headliner, etc, to install the new harnesses. The stock Bluetooth system is poor in any event. I recommend simply adding an aftermarket system to your existing head unit. There are many good ones available on the market now.
