Measure the voltage of the 12v battery with a meter. What voltage do you read?

How old is the 12v battery?

Did you try jump starting the car?

I don't have a battery meter. The battery is a Bosch 4 year AGM Battery that's 5 years old
Charged up about a week ago.

You can get a meter from walfart for about $20-30. Worth the investment.
As was stated, try jumping it. You can do that in the fuse box in the engine compartment.
It's easy and doesn't cost anything. IF it starts, I'd say it's time for a new battery.
Toyota makes the best one for the Prius. Whatever battery you get, I suggust charging it
at 5 amps or less for at least 6 hours, 12 would be best. With an agm charger
