Will I Lose Voice Navigation Functions/backup Camera With Aftermarket Stereo?

I have a 2008 Prius that I bought brand-new with the factory navigation and JBL system. I plan on driving it until the wheels fall off, but I absolutely HATE the factory stereo. I'd like to upgrade it to a double DIN unit that I can easily stream music, etc, but at the same time keep the full functionality of the NAV unit. (I upgraded the map and I love it)

However, I've been reading on the internet that if I plan to swap out the stereo, that I'll lose things like the navigation voice commands, my backup camera functionality, etc..I really don't want to lose those features. Are the rumors true? I know I can regain my steering wheel controls with proper adaptors, etc.
