Which mode does the government use to rate the fuel economy of the 2010? Eco, normal, power?

Does anybody else think they should at least have some subtext with ECO/POWER Too? I know people have been getting in the 60s on both with ECO, so it would be great to know "official" numbers with that!

Prius isn't the first car in the world with economy mode.
